![]() | ENERPAT Two Ram Baler The ENERPAT Two Ram Baler, also called a twin ram baler or dual ram baler, uses two independent rams with separate jobs. The main ram does the compressing, while the ejector ram clears the finished bale out through a side exit. That division of labor is what lets it deliver more consistent bales than a single-ram machine, especially on difficult materials like plastic film, bottles, and mattresses that tend to spring back after pressing. Every step is automatic. An imported fully automatic tying system binds each bale, and the number of tie wraps can be set per material, so a bale of aluminum cans and a bale of cardboard can each be tied the way they need to be. The frame is high-strength welded steel, electrical components come from brands like Siemens and Schneider, and an enclosed housing cuts operating noise and reduces safety risks around moving parts. If you're comparing two ram baler for sale options for a recycling center, transfer station, or manufacturing plant, this is built for that duty. |
Operating Principle
Feeding: Material is loaded into the hopper by conveyor or loader.
Compression: The main ram compresses the material according to your pre-set pressure and stroke count.
Automatic Tying: Once the bale reaches the set length, the tying system automatically threads and twists the wire, using the number of wraps set for that material.
Ejection: The door opens, the ejector ram pushes the finished bale out through the side, and the machine resets for the next cycle. All automatically.
Material Testing
The 148-ton main ram is sized for materials that push back: a high compression force keeps bales tight after ejection, so they stay stackable and cost less to transport. Because the number of tie wraps is adjustable, one machine can run different materials through the day without compromising bale integrity.
