The ENERPAT HBA series is an auto tie horizontal baler, also known as an automatic tying baler or automatic horizontal baling press machine. Unlike a manual or semi-automatic horizontal baler that needs an operator to bundle each finished block, the HBA's automatic tying system closes and secures every bale on its own, so one machine can keep up with continuous high-volume input.

Material feeds into the hopper chamber, where a three-way compression mechanism (three hydraulic cylinders working in coordination with the main ram) forms it into a dense, evenly shaped bale. Once the bale reaches your set length, the auto-tie system wraps it in high-strength quenched steel wire and ejects it automatically. Core components come from established international brands: Schneider electricals, Siemens PLC, and Hallite cylinder seals.
