ENERPAT
Industries such as recycling centers, municipal waste facilities, packaging manufacturers, and beverage producers often face challenges in handling plastic waste. Not only does loose plastic take up valuable space, but it also increases transportation costs and environmental footprint.
ENERPAT's Auto Horizontal Plastic Baling Machine offers a powerful solution:
Compression force up to 200 tons, reducing volume significantly
Power range: 11–110 kW, adaptable to various operational scales
Customizable bale sizes to meet specific logistics needs
Fully automatic operation, minimizing labor costs
With real-time monitoring through Siemens/Schneider PLC systems, intuitive touchscreen controls, and smart alarm functions, this machine ensures seamless and efficient performance.
Operating Principle
Conveying and Feeding:
The material is transferred to the hopper chamber of the auto tie horizontal baler.
Hydraulic Compression:
The loose material is compressed under the drive of the hydraulic system.
Bale Ejection:
The bundling system automatically forms the material into bales and ejects them.
