The ENERPAT BM Series represents the pinnacle of industrial scrap compaction technology. Specifically optimized for challenging materials like aluminum flakes, these heavy-duty pucking machines tackle the core issues of volume reduction, fluid recovery, and handling efficiency head-on.
How Our Aluminum Flakes Pucking Machine Solves It:
1. Feeding & Preprocessing:
Aluminum flakes are conveyed (via chip conveyor or loader) into the press hopper. For large or irregularly sized flakes, an integrated pre-crusher breaks down material before compaction. This ensures consistent feeding, prevents jamming, and maximizes briquette density.
2. Dual Auger System:
A unique horizontal and vertical auger system gently yet forcefully feeds pre-processed aluminum flakes into the compression chamber without bridging.
3. High-Pressure Hydraulic Compaction:
Massive hydraulic force (315-5000 Tons) compresses the flakes into exceptionally dense, cylindrical briquettes.
4. Integrated Coolant Separation:
During compression, up to 95% of trapped cutting fluid/oil is squeezed out and collected for filtration/reuse or proper disposal.
5. Ejection & Handling:
Compact, drip-free briquettes are ejected, ready for efficient stacking, storage, or direct shipment to recyclers.

Operating Principle
Conveying and Feeding:
The waste shavings are conveyed to the briquetting machine's inlet through a chip conveyor.
Dual Auger Feeding:
The design incorporates both horizontal and vertical dual augers, ensuring that the waste shavings are fed smoothly into the compression chamber.
Hydraulic Compression:
The combination of the hydraulic and electronic control systems compresses the waste into briquette form and ejects it.
