This mobile car baler processes ferrous materials at 15.6 t/h (aluminum at 7.8 t/h), completing a full compression cycle in ≤3 minutes. The cold extrusion technology produces compact bales (850×650×500mm, ±5% tolerance) with a density exceeding 1.5 t/m³, improving stacking stability by 60%. By reducing scrap volume to one-quarter of its original size, it cuts associated logistics costs by up to 40%.
